Grandma got them free buttons that a cast member was handing out. They say, “Honorary Citizen of Disneyland.”

Harry wanted an Indiana Jones hat, so he bought one at the Adventureland Bazaar.
Skewers of meat and veggies on rice with coleslaw.
Left the park at 2:43 PM to go back to the hotel for nap time.
Apparently the kids were not as tired as yesterday as they just watched TV instead.
We had to leave the park anyway to pick up the rental van.
Wow, do I look horrible!
It’s a nice little castle but a quite small compared to Cinderella’s castle in Magic Kingdom.
We figured we’d go to Fantasyland after lunch as all the attractions are close together and have usually have short lines (except Peter Pan of course).
We went on Mr. Toad’s Wild ride first and are now in the queue for Pinocchio.
Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride has a fake steering wheel that I tried to convince Magnolia was real.
Kid’s meal: smoothie, sandwhich, carrots and water.
My “kid” sandwhich vs Harry’s “adult” sandwhich.
Yah, I mostly ate kid’s meals all week.
Disneyland Band passed by while we were eating.
Leanne and the kids entered Big Thunder Mountain queue at approximately 10:54 AM.
After careful study we finally found Leanne and the kids in this video.
Entered Pirates of the Caribbean queue at 10:23 AM.
The ride is much longer than at Magic Kingdom. Much more elaborate and there are two drops. There is also a restaurant inside the queue area too, which is nice.
Mother and I and Harry had to sit in the front.
… and it was closed. We received a multiple experience Lightning Lane to use any time for any Lightning Lane attraction. We booked Big Thunder Mountain for 10:20 AM for Leanne and the three kids. Then we went to Pirates of the Caribbean and got a return time because of mother’s scooter. So we got to sit on a bench eating a snack instead of waiting in line. At our return time we head to the Lightning Lane entrance and get on pretty quickly.
Entered Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run queue at 9:03 AM
Finished at 8:54 AM
Hopefully we will be done with Rise of the Resistance by then.
First attraction we were attempting is Star Wars resistance. The line is pretty long. We don’t have a wait time yet. We figure waiting now would be the best opportunities since we all have the most energy that we will have all day.
Every morning on our way to the parks, we get to hear several people with megaphones preaching at us. It is not fun. I guess that’s another difference between Disney World and Disneyland. Disney World controls everything. Getting to Disneyland we’re walking on public streets.
Pretty good selection every day. They have a yogurt machine, which is fun. Limited hot food items. Lots of oranges which is very nice (the oranges here are wonderful). It is very busy even when breakfast starts at 6:30 AM.
