We ate supper at Tusker House, a buffet style restaurant with mostly African food. (They had a few American dishes like corn dogs and mac’n’cheese for the kids.) The buffet area looks like an African marketplace! We enjoyed the curry chicken, mango chutney, seafood stew, couscous, plantains, roast beef, pork loin, samosas, and of course, the dessert table! The warm banana bread pudding with vanilla sauce (their specialty) was very good.
Magic Kingdom (including the staff who passed out candy) was all decked out in orange, purple, and green for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
Got up nice and close to watch the Disney villains dance outside the castle. It’s not everyday you get to see Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook, and the Queen of Hearts in a rousing musical number.
Lunch at Restaurant Marrakesh in Morocco (Epcot). Salmon with hummus, beef kebabs, and iced mint tea (among other things) in a beautiful atmosphere.
Moroccan food at Marrakesh: Sultan’s sampler, salmon with tomatoes & mushrooms, fruit with mint ice cream, bastilla dessert.
Voices of Liberty – a capella group
Loved the decor in Marrakesh: marble floors, painted ceilings, ornate carvings.

Spaceship Earth (the big Epcot ball for you non Disney World goers)
0/3 muppets lost today. This is good!
Dining at Les Chefs de France: French onion soup, beef tenderloin and short ribs, with pineapple, mango and coconut sorbets for dessert. Remy the rat from Ratatouille came to visit our table!
Be Our Guest Restaurant: tuna Niçoise salad, turkey Dijon sandwich with pomme frites, chocolate cream puff and strawberry cupcake. The servers bring your food out on little trolleys. They tracked John’s magic band to find where we were sitting! We ate in the grand ballroom.
New Little Mermaid ride in New Fantasyland
Breakfast at the Main Street Bakery Starbucks, with a nice view of the castle.
Our private train on the People Mover
Our hotel pool (which we have no time to swim in, haha).
